If you are a citizen of a country outside North America and you want to visit the United States, you may need to apply for a visa. A visa is a permit to enter a country and stay there for less than 90 days.
All delegates are recommended to ensure they have the correct visas and passport to travel to OR2025 conference.

For a range of countries, a visa waiver program exists and you can can travel to the US after registering via ESTA.
ESTA authorizations are typically valid for two years or until your passport expires, whichever comes first.
Conference participation is permitted under the same Visa Waiver Program that covers tourism. To ensure smooth entry process, the Local Host Committee recommends:
- Bringing your conference registration confirmation
- Having the conference venue address and contact information readily available
- Being prepared to explain the professional nature of your visit
