Registration will open in February 2025
The registration fee includes the 3 day conference, lunches, coffee breaks, the welcome reception and the optional pre-conference workshop day.
The fee does not include accommodation, travel expenses, or conference dinner.
Please note that if you are a citizen of a country outside the United States, you may need to apply for a visa.
Optional pre-conference and post-conference workshop days: June 15 & June 18
The workshop day is included in the general conference fee. If you are planning to attend the workshop day, you choose workshops when you register for the conference.
Conference fees
- Early bird fee: $395 (February 21, 2025 – April 6, 2025)
- Regular fee: $445 (April 7, 2025 – May 10, 2025)
- Late fee: $470 (May 11, 2025 – June 9, 2025)
