Sponsorship opportunities are available for the 20th International Conference on Open Repositories (OR2025). The event will take place from Sunday, June 15th to Wednesday, June 18th in Chicago, Illinois and will be hosted by the University of Chicago Library. OR2025 is an excellent place for companies and organizations that deal with digital asset management, digital storage, research information systems, scholarly publications, open access and open data to be seen and interact with participants. The event gives access to a large audience of potential customers and partners as well as insights into what is trending in the area from a user perspective.

Who will participate?

The conference will attract attendees from all over the world. The Organizing Committee anticipates approximately 350 participants for OR 2025. These will include directors of digital initiatives, technical staff, developers, librarians, repository managers, and applied researchers in digital libraries and similar fields.

The information below indicates a guide to the sponsors’ benefits, but additional promotional opportunities can be negotiated. Additional sponsorship opportunities may exist for evening receptions, posters, prizes etc. The Event Organizers are happy to discuss tailor-made sponsorship packages. We are committed to hosting an environmentally sustainable conference with minimal ecological footprint. We kindly request our sponsors to join us in this endeavor. As part of our efforts, we will abstain from printing paper programs and distributing unnecessary giveaway items, ensuring that resources are not wasted, and it is up to our participants to accept merchandise.
